Will my duck eggs be fine I'd I have to open the incubator to hand turn them and put water in for humidity ?

I have a hova bator 6201n or something like that and to hand turn I have to open the lid and sane for putting water in for humidity. I predict most of the warm air will escape and have to build back up again but will they be okay if I do that?
