Can I hatch a egg from a refridgerator? PLEASE READ!!!!?

Can I? and if I can, also, can I make a incubator with a blanket, a 13 watt lamp, and a carboard box? Well, the lamp is a floescent lamp. But does that work? Or does it change anything? Please help me. I want to be a mommy. ;D
