I turned my corn snake eggs over when I put them in the incubator. How badly did I f*ck it up?

My corn snake just laid 7 eggs about 8 hours ago, and I transferred them into a home made incubator. I think thak I got most of them the way they were laid, but I think I might have flipped / turned two or three of them. My other question is: If the egg were moved on its side, would it still have a chance of not suffocating?
