My baby chick doesn't look right?

Baby chickens have a very, very low survival rate. When the mother hen hatches them, only about 5-6 eggs out of 30 hatch, and only 3-4 chicks make it. There's not much you can do other than make sure he's eating and drinking properly and just prepare yourself for the worst.
