Can I hatch my snake eggs without an incubator?

If this is concerning cornsnake eggs then the answer is yes. Simply place the eggs in a warm spot (on top of the refridgerator, stereo or TV will work) and leave them alone. Any spot that gives you a temp from 78-82 degrees is sufficient. You're better off with lower temperatures than high. I've not incubated cornsnake eggs since my first clutch. Now I just leave them in the snake room where the temperatures stay from 78- no higher than 85. They generally take longer to hatch at lower temps but babies are usually larger. Around 65-69 days is average.
