How can i tell if my chicken eggs are fertile?

we have decided to start our own chicks this year instead of buying more. we have had the rooster with the hens for about 2 months. we have a few eggs in the incubator its there 15th day. im just wondering how to tell if there is a chick inside and when is it the best time to be able to tell.
