My eggs aren't pipping?

I have 8 eggs in an incubator, some are wobbling and one or two are PEEPING but they aren't any pipping, and it is day 20 I have a little giant still air incubator and I keep it uncovered ( that means without a towel over it) I just have the lid on it. but I really want them to hatch should I cover the incubator up with a towel or just leave them the way they are? and the temperature is at about 101 degrees F. and I am sorry for asking so many questions but I am concerned for the little chicks and I have not opened the incubator since day 18 and I have an automatic egg turner so I don't have to worry about turning
