Mallard duck egg candeling at 30 days?

ok so its been 30days and my mallard duck egg hasnt hatched yet ive kept the incubator at 99.5 and i turned it 3 times a day but when i candeled it all i seen was a little bit looking through the egg i think its an air pocket maybe anyways there was an airpockett on both sides of the egg and im scared that maybe the mallard ducky has died :/ please help!!!!!!!!
